Table Mountain Hikes

Table Mountain National Park is a paradise for hikers and rock climbers, but it is not without dangers.  Over 300 routes up and down the mountain have been identified, perhaps indicating how easy it is to get lost. The mountain is over 1,000 meters high and the weather conditions can change very quickly.  We provide you with an experienced guide to make sure you enjoy your hike and remain safe.

If the Table Mountain is too daunting for you, Lion's Head is an alternative for you.  Lion's Head is a half a day hike with easy scrambling and a few chains on the way.  After you reach the top you will be rewarded by a magnificent view of the town, Table Mountain, Twelve Apostles and the adjacent beaches.

Aquila Private Game Reserve is an ideal place for those who would like to experience a proper African safari. The reserve is 7500 hectare conservancy in the southern Karoo, and home to the big 5 legends of the wilderness - elephant, lion, buffalo, leopard and rhino.  The reserve is just over two hour drive out of Cape Town. We arrange one or multiple day trips to Aquila.

If you have time, you should not miss the impressive Addo Elephant National Park. Your visit to the park is an ideal way to end your Garden Route trip.  Addo Elephant is the third biggest park in South Africa.  Due to its popularity, accommodation must be booked months ahead of your visit, especially during the high tourist season.
